SHIPPING POLICY
It's essential to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Bambinelli is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation about shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order is shown delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for lost and/or stolen packages.
Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages on some occasions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Bambinelli, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the items. Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds on any orders. However, we issue store credit on orders returned within 14 days of the ship date. Please see the "Store Credit" section for additional information.
PLEASE NOTE: All sales, pre-orders, and custom purchases are FINAL SALE, and they are not eligible for refund or store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, we will send them back to the customer.
Store Credit:
Up to 14 days after purchasing items, you will have to return for store credit only. Store credit never expires and may be used toward in-stock items only. Customers cannot use the store credit to purchase a pre-order or custom-made item. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, we will return them to the customer.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, Bambinelli does not offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. PLEASE MAKE SURE to measure and purchase the correct size. We provide free return labels for U.S. orders $75 and above. Unfortunately, we cannot refund/credit any original shipping charges.
You are welcome to use your chosen shipping method, as long as you send it to the same mailing address in our return label.
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered to our warehouse. Returns take us 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Store credit will be issued through a code that can be applied to a future order. The amount will be deducted automatically from the total during checkout.
